I ordered a large wet bag back in May and through no fault of Darlings Downunder, the delivery people safedropped my parcel to the wrong house. After extensive inquiries with the post office (to which I'm still waiting) I ordered a smaller bag to suffice in the meantime. Fiona was lovely! She helped with the inquiry to Australia Post about the lost item and upon learning they were still being unhelpful, she offered to replace the wetbag as well as send me the new one I ordered! Through no fault of their own and at their own expense. I can't recommend them highly enough. Baby is due any day now and it's one less thing I now have to stress about.
