Rewards Program

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our Rewards Program will be closing with effect from 30 June 2019. From this date on, you will no longer earn Reward Points when you purchase trough the website. You can continue to redeem points you already have for the time being, but that will eventually close too. We encourage you to to use any reward points you currently have in your account ASAP!

To thank you, our customers, for shopping with with us, Darlings Downunder offers a Rewards Program.

For every $1 you spend at Darlings Downunder, you can earn 1 Point, which is converted into actual dollars that can be redeemed on future purchases. All products in our store (including sale items) are eligible to earn Points except the purchase of gift vouchers. Currently 100 points = $5.

You can start redeeming your Points as soon as you have earned 50 Points.

The Rewards Program is optional. To earn Points, you must be logged in to your account (you can create an account, if you do not already have one). You may do this either prior to placing an order, or when prompted to login during checkout. If you are not logged in to your account at the time of submitting an order, Rewards Points will not be earned.

Once your order has been processed and finalised (sent to you), your Points will be automatically credited to your account, and will be available to redeem on future orders, once the minimum is reached.

Please note Rewards Points are not transferable, and are for the use of the account holder only. Reward points cannot be added retrospectively to orders placed prior to the introduction of the Rewards Program in January 2012.

Please also note that Reward Points cannot be redeemed in store at our Cloth Nappy Shop in Ringwood, however, you are welcome to place an online order (redeeming your reward points) and then pick up your order in store to save on postage.


I just placed an order, but there are no Rewards Points in my account?
As noted above, Reward Points will be credited to your account when your order has been processed and finalised ie: when it's been posted to you (you'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped).

How do I check how many Points I have?
Log into your account to see how many Points you have and how much they are worth.

Can I redeem Points when I purchase on sale/discounted products?

Can I earn Points when I pay/part pay with a Gift Voucher?

Do my Points expire?

Do I earn Points on Layby orders?

Can I still redeem Points when I part pay with a Gift Voucher?
