Strucket Giveaway!

Added on 30 July 2021 in Darlings Downunder, Giveaways & competitions

We are giving away to one lucky person, a 17L Strucket (rrp $59.95) AND a Mini Strucket (rrp $34.95) in the gorgeously neutral new colour, Sand!

The Australian made Strucket is becoming a laundry essential: it’s a bucket and strainer in one!
Pop your items in to rinse or soak, then pull up the strainer, connecting it to the top of the base to drain. Then siphon the water through the outer plug into the sink – without ever touching it.

Prefect for rinsing cloth nappies of course, but also for bibs and baby clothes, reusable pads, toys, golf balls, and the fruit and veg… There are infinite uses across the whole house.

To win the awesome prize, let us know - either here in a comment on this bog post, or on our associated Instagram post - the most creative way you would use the Strucket in your life...

Some conditions:

  • Competition is only open to Australian residents who are over 18 years
  • Entries close 13 August 2021
  • Winners will be chosen by Darlings Downunder based on their entry
  • Winners will be announced here 14 August 2021

The winner is... Deb @debakadallan on Instagram! We'll be in touch soon!

I imagine this would be great for dying fabric, being able to drain and rinse without having to risk dying your hands too!

Hello. I'm a Granny to 4 beautiful grand babies, 2 who are still in nappies. My daughter, who is Mum to the 2 cloth nappy wearers, would find these buckets very useful. Sarah has contact dermatitis so not touching the nappies after soaking them would be great for her hands. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win these buckets.

Besides rinsing out nappies and messy bibs and clothes, these are extremely useful for rinsing out mine and my eldest daughter's period underwear before washing. Also my sons stinky basketball socks!! I would love to give one of these to my mum as her hands, like mine, fall apart when they're in water and detergents constantly. Would be great to take camping too to wash dishes/dirty clothes!

Entering with the hope of gifting the Struckets to my sister. My sister is due to have her first baby and I'd love her to try cloth nappies. She has seen the effort I've put into rinsing and soaking dirty nappies for my two boys, and I'd prefer she had an easier time of it than I did ???? Even if she didn't end up using cloth nappies, it would be helpful to have an easy way to soak baby clothes, period underwear and my BIL's dirty footy clothes. (And since its so easy, BIL might even take on most of the laundry work! ????)

This would be so handy to take out to the veggie patch. I could pop the freshly picked veg in, give it a quick wash and pour the water out on the veggie patch before taking inside

I would use the strucket for washing and disinfecting all those pesky little Lego pieces, and other toys in general
