#ClothShotADay October 2012: Day 19 - Closure

Added on 19 October 2012 in Cloth Shot A Day

Help us spread the cloth nappy love this October!

While most of us now use velcro or snaps to fasten our nappies, the Snappi nappy fastener really revolutionised the use of cloth.
A South African dad, Hennie Visser (no relation to Fiona!) made the first prototype from tubing and tin hooks in the early 1980s so he wouldn't have to use pins to fasten his daughter's terry flats.

For those of us who still use flats, prefolds or contour nappies, the Snappi is an invaluable invention.

We'll be posting a photo (or at least trying to!) every day on our Facebook page, on Pinterest, Twitter and here.
It's never too late to join in. We'd love to see your photos, so feel free to post on our Facebook page, or let us know where we can find them on Pinterest or Twitter and we'll repin/retweet them. Remember to use the #ClothShotADay hashtag.
Have fun!
