Beauty & the Bees Giveaway!

Added on 31 July 2010

Darlings Downunder has found a gorgeous little business inTasmania called ‘Beauty & the Bees’ that has been making the most amazingorganic skin care products for the last 15 years. They hand make their productsfrom scratch using pure, natural, local ingredients like Leatherwood beeswaxand honey and organic herbs of the highest quality. They can guarantee thattheir products are free from petrochemical mineral oil, synthetic chemicals, colours, synthetic fragrances and irritant preservatives. Their creams areultra rich and concentrated (a little goes a very long way!) so they aresurprisingly economical.

We have fallen in love with their Baby Bee and Mother-to-berange of skin care products. And so have others – these products are chosenexclusively for use in Hobart Private Hospital’s Maternity unit.

The highlight of the Baby Bee range is the Honey & HerbBotty Butter (love the name!). The Botty Butter is an unscented butter formula, rich in organic nut and plant oils and waxes, which melts on contact with babyskin to produce a silky protective barrier against nappy rash (it’s also greatfor dribble rash and cracked nipples!). It’s enriched with healing, soothingTasmanian calendula infused oil. This butter allows the skin to breathe andheal naturally.

We also have Honey & Herb Baby Cream and Mother-to-beBelly Balm in stock. Lovely!

We have one Baby Pamper Pack here with samples of the BabyBee products to give away! This Pamper Pack is the one that is given to everybaby born in Hobart Private Hospital’s Maternity unit. It contains samples ofLeatherwood Honey Cream Bath, Honey & Herb Botty Butter, Honey & HerbBaby Cream and Organic Marigold Baby Massage Oil. Doesn’t that sound luscious?

Thanks for the Beauty and the Bees products - I have been using them; they are lovely and sweet smelling like honey. The cream is very smooth and the Botty Butter (just love that name!) is waxy and melts when it touches baby's skin to create a beautiful smooth barrier against that naughty nappy rash!!
Thanks again!
Sharon
